Return Policy – Refunds or Exchanges
You are eligible for a return within 14-days of your original purchase date, if the issue is related to shipping or Dad’s Seasonings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If damaged during shipping, please include a picture of the damaged product and the shipping package. Please contact: rtk@dadsseasonings.com for a return merchandize authorization (RMA).
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification. If approved, you will promptly receive a refund or an exchange.
Ship returns or exchanges to (must include approved RMA): Dad’s Seasonings, 3395 Linstead Court, Loganville, GA 30052. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
